All of our medication is shipped via expedited shipping in cold-packed packaging at no extra charge.

Our medications usually arrive within 2 business days after shipping from the pharmacy. Typically this is 4-7 days after your initial order.

Note that our pharmacy partners do not ship between Friday and Sunday, and there are various other factors that may affect shipping times.

During our intake process, you’ll share details about your current prescription, including the medication and dosage. You will not be required to complete labs.

You’ll also be able to upload up to 3 clear photos of your prescription or medication label.

The photo should include:

The medication and dosage
The most recent fill date

With this information, our prescribers will review your history to ensure a safe and seamless continuation of your treatment.

Yes! One of GobyMeds key strengths is our fully featured Patient Portal, where you can access information like your current order status and shipment tracking when it becomes available.

From within your Patient Portal you can also view your past orders, check in for your next round of treatment, update your billing method, and communicate directly with our customer care team.

Getting refills and making changes to your treatment plan is easy through our Patient Portal.

Each month, GobyMeds will remind you when you have an upcoming check in. Once your check in window opens, you will log into your Patient Portal, fill out a simple form that asks you questions about your treatment, and whether you'd like the medical team to consider a dosage adjustment.

Once submitted, your check-in will be reviewed by our medical team, and upon approval, your new prescription will be sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment and shipping.

Need to adjust your check-in date or to pause your service? No problem! Our Patient Portal provides all the tools needed to manage your care on your terms.

If you are denied a prescription by our medical provider, a 100% refund will be issued.

Once your order has been submitted to our medical partners and/or sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, we will make every effort to field requests for adjustments or cancelations, but cannot guarantee success.

Due to regulations regarding the handling of prescription medication, we are unable to accept returned medication for refund.

In certain instances, order adjustments or cancelations may incur a $50 medical consultation fee.

At this time GobyMeds does not accept medical insurance, and while GobyMeds does not communicate directly with your insurance company, our Patient Portal will provide you with an invoice that you can download and submit on your own in accordance with the policies of your insurance provider.

GobyMeds medical providers will conduct a thorough assessment of your medical history, including medication, allergies, past treatments, and other key points of information to determine which treatment option is best for you.

If approved, the medical provider may issue a prescription for one of our compounded or brand name GLP-1 medications.

Compounded GLP-1 medications are prescribed by our medical partners and contain the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as name brand FDA approved GLP-1 medications. However, due to the nature of compounding the medications are not FDA approved. Our partnered pharmacies do follow all FDA guidelines and regulations!

Yes, compounded GLP-1 medications must be prescribed by a medical provider. At GobyMeds, the visit with our medical provider and prescription is included in our pricing, and if you are not medically approved you will be issued a full refund!

GobyMeds only works with best state-licensed compounding pharmacies to fulfill our prescriptions. We assess each of our pharmacy partners for quality and safety, and only use pharmacy partners that meet our very high standard. All pharmacy partners that we work with are sterile compounding 503(a) & 503(b) pharmacies.
