Most GLP-1 telehealth prices come in pieces: a medication price here, a membership fee there, a promo rate that changes after month one. We put the published prices and the estimated totals side by side so you can compare in two minutes instead of twenty browser tabs.
Each bar is a provider's lowest published entry for the pathway you pick — medication plus any membership — normalized to 30 days. Hatched bars are our calculation from published terms; the GobyMeds bar is the regular starter price. Starter and intro rates are shown as advertised; most rise after the first order.

Reading the table honestly. Hims & Hers and Ro primarily sell brand-name, FDA-approved GLP-1s (Wegovy®, Zepbound®) — a different product class from compounded medication, and a fair reason their prices run higher. Noom bundles behavior coaching and an app into its price. The entry columns use the lowest per-30-day rate that needs a commitment of three months or less — the same footing as GobyMeds' 3-month starter — so a 6- or 12-month prepay is noted in the text but never used as the entry figure. Rows marked est. are our calculations (medication + membership, or a prepaid total divided by its months), not prices those companies quote as one number. Where GLPwinner, a third-party price tracker and GobyMeds affiliate partner, logs a different checkout price than a provider's own page displays, the tracked price is used and both are cited. Starter and intro prices are listed separately from ongoing prices wherever the two differ, and every figure carries the date it was checked. Confirm current terms with any provider before ordering.
Several of the lowest monthly rates only exist if you prepay six or twelve months, or sign up for an annual membership. This is what each provider asks for up front to get its advertised semaglutide-class rate. GobyMeds asks for one 3-month order — and every order earns loyalty credit toward the next.
Don't get locked into a plan that doesn't work for you. Your dose can change after your first 3 months — your provider will work with you to adjust your medication for your goals. Every order is a single purchase, so the price you see is the price you pay. Pick a provider to compare.
Every page shows the published offers we compared, the price math on the same basis, and a cost-over-time view.
Six questions any reputable provider — including us — should answer in writing before you pay.
The questions we get on every comparison.
Brand-name drugs like Wegovy® and Zepbound® are FDA-approved products from Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for an individual patient based on a provider's prescription; they are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. That distinction is a large part of why cash prices for compounded medication are lower. GobyMeds offers both — your provider will discuss which is appropriate for you.
Two reasons. First, GobyMeds' entry prices are for compounded medication; providers whose public offer is brand-name medication are selling a different, more expensive product class. Second, GobyMeds has no membership fee, so there's no second recurring charge stacked on top of the medication — the price includes the provider visit, the medication and shipping.
No. GobyMeds has no membership fee, and every order is a single purchase: you see the full price for your plan before you pay, and nothing bills you in the background. The 3-month starters are $299 for compounded semaglutide and $399 for compounded tirzepatide, all in — $274 and $374 on a first order with code COMPARE25.
GobyMeds prices each plan as a total for its dose tier and supply length, and every plan shows its full price before you pay. Your provider will work with you to adjust your medication for your goals, and you're never asked to prepay more than the order in hand — plus every order earns loyalty credit toward the next one — $30 on a starter bundle.
Code COMPARE25 takes $25 off any first order — $274 instead of $299 for the compounded semaglutide starter ($91/mo), $374 instead of $399 for compounded tirzepatide ($124/mo). One use per customer, applied at checkout. The GobyMeds prices on these pages already have the code applied and say so; the regular prices are shown alongside them, so you can compare either way.
No. GobyMeds is cash-pay: no insurance, no prior authorizations, no copay surprises. HSA and FSA cards are accepted on every plan.
No, and be cautious of anyone who implies otherwise. A licensed provider reviews your health history and determines whether treatment is appropriate for you. The eligibility check is free, and you only pay if a provider prescribes — your card isn't charged until your medication ships.
Many GobyMeds patients switched from another telehealth service. Mention your current medication and dose in the intake, and your provider will review whether continuing at your current dose is appropriate. Check your current provider's renewal date so you can cancel on your terms.
Every page shows the date its competitor prices were last verified, and every figure is footnoted with its source and access date. Rows marked est. are our calculations from a provider's published terms, not prices it quotes as one number. Telehealth pricing changes often — especially promotional rates — so always confirm a provider's current price on its own checkout page, and if you spot an error, email us.
It means the provider doesn't publish that figure as one number, so we built it from its published terms — for example, adding a membership fee to a medication price, or dividing a prepaid total by the months it covers. Each calculation's inputs and the pages they came from are listed in the sources at the bottom of the page.
You only pay if a licensed provider prescribes. Your card isn't charged until your medication ships — a temporary hold is placed at checkout and released, typically within 24 hours depending on your bank, if you're not eligible.

Every competitor figure on this page is a summary of the sourced, footnoted rows on that provider's comparison page, where each price carries its source URL, access date and basis (quoted, or est. — our calculation). GobyMeds prices are 3-month starter bundle prices with code COMPARE25 applied to your first order; regular prices are listed next to the code. Spotted an error?
