Short online visit
Answer a few questions about your weight, goals, and health history. No appointment, no waiting room, and you've already seen the price.
Compounded semaglutide from $99/mo and compounded tirzepatide from $133/mo, prescribed online by licensed U.S. providers and filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies. No membership fee. No insurance needed. Nothing is charged until a provider prescribes and your medication ships.
Most GLP-1 telehealths make you finish the intake before they show you a number. Here is every plan we offer. The price you see is the price you pay — no membership, no insurance, no contract.
Every 3-month plan is a 90-day supply. Per-month figures are the plan total divided by the months in the plan.
These are the questions the comparison sites ask — and the ones most providers answer in the fine print. Here are ours, in plain sight.

How it works
A short online visit, a licensed U.S. provider, and medication shipped to your door. No appointment, no waiting room, no membership.
Answer a few questions about your weight, goals, and health history. No appointment, no waiting room, and you've already seen the price.
A licensed U.S. provider reviews your visit, usually within one business day, and recommends compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide and a starting dose, or continues your current dose if you're switching.
If prescribed, the price you saw is the price you pay. A temporary hold is placed at checkout and released if you're not eligible.
Your medication ships free to your door with an injection kit. Follow-ups and dose adjustments go through your provider; reorder when you're ready.
Three ways people arrive here. The visit is the same short questionnaire for all three; your provider recommends the plan that fits.
Begin with the 90-day Starter Bundle. Your dose steps up gradually over three months, the way the clinical trials kept side effects manageable, with your provider adjusting as you go. From $99/mo.
Start with the Starter BundleMedication, any membership fee, what you commit to on day one, and whether it renews. We publish a dated, sourced table of 15 GLP-1 telehealth providers so you can check us against them.

Switch at your current doseCompounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are once-weekly small injections prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies for your prescription. Wegovy® and Zepbound® are the FDA-approved pens at a transparent cash price, for people who prefer or need the brand product.

No jargon, no hedging. Who makes it, who checked, and how it compares with the brand-name pens.
A licensed pharmacy prepares the medication for your individual prescription, using the same active ingredient as the brand-name pen, supplied as a multi-dose vial instead of a fixed-dose pen. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not review individually compounded prescriptions.
Licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, state-licensed and inspected, dispensing only against a prescription written by a licensed U.S. provider after reviewing your health history.
LegitScript is the independent monitor that Google and Meta require before a telehealth company may advertise prescription medication. Certification means GobyMeds' licensing, pharmacy partners, prescribing practices, and marketing claims were reviewed and are monitored on an ongoing basis.
Verify GobyMeds on LegitScript →Same active ingredient and the same weekly schedule as Wegovy® and Zepbound®; different form (vial and syringe vs. pen), different price, and not FDA-approved. Trial results — about 15% body-weight loss in the Wegovy® pivotal trial and about 20% in the Zepbound® trial — belong to the brand products.
The most common side effects are nausea, constipation, diarrhea, and reduced appetite, usually mild and worst in the first weeks or after a dose increase. These medications carry a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors seen in rodents and are not prescribed to anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your provider screens for pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, and other medications that affect blood sugar.
