Welcome to the GobyMeds Loyalty Program. These Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how GobyMeds account credits are earned, how they may be used, and when they expire. By participating in the GobyMeds Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
The GobyMeds Loyalty Program allows eligible customers to earn GobyMeds account credit after a successful purchase. Earned credit is added directly to the customer’s GobyMeds account and may be applied toward future eligible purchases, subject to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Loyalty Program is available to eligible GobyMeds customers with an active account in good standing. GobyMeds may limit, deny, or revoke participation at its discretion in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, chargebacks, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms or other GobyMeds policies.
3. How Credit Is Earned
Customers earn GobyMeds account credit when a qualifying purchase is successfully completed.
For purposes of these Terms, a “successful purchase” means a purchase for which payment has been successfully processed and accepted by GobyMeds.
Credits are not earned:
The amount of credit earned, if any, may vary by product, package, promotion, or offer and may be disclosed at the time of purchase.
4. When Credit Is Added
Eligible loyalty credit is added directly to the customer’s GobyMeds account after a qualifying purchase is successfully completed. Timing may vary depending on payment processing, order status, or system delays.
5. Expiration of Loyalty Credit
Loyalty credit expires two (2) weeks after the reorder due date associated with the package that generated the credit.
This means:
For example, if a customer purchases a three-month package, the loyalty credit earned from that purchase will remain available until two weeks after that package’s reorder due date.
Any unused credit remaining after the expiration date will be automatically removed from the account.
6. Reorder Due Date
The “reorder due date” refers to the expected reorder timing associated with the purchased package, as determined by GobyMeds based on the applicable treatment duration, package length, refill cadence, or ordering schedule.
GobyMeds may determine reorder due dates in its sole discretion and may update them as needed for operational, clinical, or account-related reasons.
7. Redemption of Credit
Earned GobyMeds credit may be applied only toward future eligible purchases made through GobyMeds. Credit:
GobyMeds reserves the right to limit which products, services, programs, or transactions are eligible for redemption.
8. Promotional Credits
From time to time, GobyMeds may offer promotional or bonus credits separate from the ongoing Loyalty Program. Promotional credits may have different eligibility rules, redemption terms, or expiration dates. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional credits are governed by the terms of the applicable offer in addition to these Terms.
9. Refunds, Reversals, and Chargebacks
If a qualifying purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, canceled, or otherwise invalidated, GobyMeds may remove the associated credit from the customer’s account. If that credit has already been used, GobyMeds may reduce future credits, charge the remaining balance, or take other action permitted by law.
10. No Property Right
Loyalty credits are promotional account benefits only. They are not property, are not banked funds, and do not create a vested right or ownership interest of any kind.
11. Account Errors
Customers should review their account for credit balances and expiration dates. If you believe a credit was added incorrectly, not added, removed in error, or expired improperly, please contact GobyMeds at customersupport@gobymeds.com within 30 days of the issue.
12. Modifications and Termination
GobyMeds may modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to:

13. Fraud and Abuse
Any abuse of the Loyalty Program, including attempts to manipulate purchases, accounts, referrals, credits, redemptions, or promotional offers, may result in disqualification from the program, forfeiture of credits, account suspension, or other action GobyMeds deems appropriate.
14. No Guarantee of Prescription or Treatment
Participation in the Loyalty Program does not guarantee eligibility for any medication, prescription, treatment plan, or clinical service. All medical services, prescriptions, and treatment decisions remain subject to clinical review and provider judgment.
